Has been manufacturing inline fryers since 1987. Our fryers have been designed and built to the same high “Quality” standards that have become synonymous with Quality Fabrication’s equipment.

These fryers are designed to cook Corn Products, such as corn chips and tortilla chips, with production capacities ranging from 500 lbs/hr up to 4000 lbs/hr.
All fryers are supplied with vertical heat exchangers, with a rang of up to 5 million BTU’s.
The Control Systems and Instrumentation on these fryers have been designed to utilize the latest state of the art PLC Technology. These fryers greatly enhance the line of Quality Fabrication supplied snack food processing equipment.

Multi-Product In-Line Fryer
Allows for uniformed frying of tortilla, corn, and tostada chips. Cooking oil is heated with a remote heat exchanger and is circulated continuously through the fryer.

Special Fryer Pan and Filter
Design allows fryer to operate at low oil volume reducing oil turn over issues, which enhances product quality.

Vertical Spiral Heat Exchanger
A spiral tube bundle in a vertical position is design for space savings. Cooking oil is evenly heated and tubes easily remain free of particle build up. Faster oil turn reducing free fatty acid problems are possible due to the low oil volume required
