Quality Fabrication and Design, has been manufacturing snack food equipment
since 1987. Part of our wide range of equipment manufacturing is our shops
flexibility to do custom mezzanines and platforms. Currently occupying a
manufacturing facility comprising more than 86,225 square feet, Quality
Fabrication & Design is fully equipped to design, build and erect all
different shapes and forms of working mezzanines and structural platforms.
Our safety platforms, mezzanines, and catwalks can be fabricated of
materials such as stainless, carbon steel or aluminum.
Space above warehousing and manufacturing floors is sometimes wasted because all of the buildings vertical space isn't utilized. Mezzanines are useful to increase storage, productions areas, workstations and much more. With a mezzanine and or working platforms, you can create extra space in your facility at a significant savings compared to new construction or expansions.
Our welders use ASME approved welding procedure specification (WPS) to position, align and fit components according to blueprints drawings. Please give us the opportunity to work with your engineering staff, your project manager, or yourself. There is no project too small or too big that we wouldn't like to assist you with!!

Quality
Fabrication and Design, LP has the capability to fabricate many sizes of structural
steel projects. The structural steel sizes and materials used range from carbon
steel, stainless steel and aluminum components. We take your design drawings
or concepts, and produce detailed shop drawings through our state-of-the-art
AutoCAD and 3D modeling computer software to ensure that every structure is
built to your specifications. Our staff of certified welders and fabricators
ensure that every component is built
per code and to your satisfaction.
Not only can we build heavy structural steel, but we also fabricate many miscellaneous steel components, including material handling mezzanines, ships ladders, all shapes and forms of access platforms, straight and crossover catwalks, staircases, safety rails, bump posts and guards, handrails, etc.
