fabrication and Design, has been manufacturing snack food equipment since
1987. Part of our wide range of equipment manufacturing is our shops
flexibility to do custom stainless steel fabrication. Currently occupying a
manufacturing facility comprising of more than 86,225 square feet, Quality
Fabrication & Design is fully equipped with a machine shop and fabrication
shop with full structural and sheet metal
working capabilities.
Our shop is equipped with the state of the art CNC shears and brake presses, ranging in capacity all the way from the 18 gauge to 1/2" plate. Our CNC water jet has added additional flexibility and capacities to cut any shapes and thickness of steel on a cutting bed size of 5' X 10'. Our AWS certified welder are highly skilled using arc, gas-shielded arc, and gas welding techniques to produce seamless joints and welds. Our welder use ASME approved welding procedure specifications (WPS) to position, align, and fit components according to blueprints drawings.
Our sheet metal and machine shop department is equipped with all the equipment required to fabricate any of your stainless steel fabrication sheet metal needs. Skilled machinists set up and operate conventional, special purpose, numerical controls (NC), and computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts. They select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as mills, lathes, jig borers, drills and shapers. Machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut must be calculated and controlled to assure absolute precision parts.
